how you can help
Sponsor a Song
It’s not just kids and muscians—there’s a lot of folks behind the scenes that help us empower young students. We’re always looking for our next Executive Producers! Ask us how you can financially sponsor a songwriting workshop in a local school or after-school program. When we spin the song, you get the shout-out as the person who helped make the magic happen.
What’s music without hype men and women? That’s the role of our Ambassadors. For those with deeper passion than pockets, you can amplify the impact of your personal network by running a peer-to-peer fundraiser on our behalf. Hit your goal, and put your name on our next hit.

At WAV, we’re not always looking for a gift—we have something to offer the business community as well. Looking for a song to feature in your next ad spot or marketing video? Want to be able to brag that you spent your dollars with an organization that will boost the impact of your company in the community? We have a library of over 100 songs available for commercial licensing.
Some of WAV’s most impactful moments have come as a result of teaming up with other non-profit organizations who have missions that align with ours. Would a creative, student-driven exercise in expression and empowerment be something that would add value to your current programming? We’re available to co-write grants and create programming partnerships that amplify impact.

The quickest way to amplify the voices of Columbus kids is to expand our reach into local schools. Think a custom songwriting experience is something your students/teacher/principal would invest in? Set us up—we’re ready for a collab.

In order to produce songs written by students, we simply start by asking them to “show up and share.” For the grownups who support our cause, we often just ask you to “show up and care.” Be a volunteer this year at one of our many community partner events. Just like the song says, we get by with a little help from our friends.
