All Ages Free Collage Workshop! Join us on the last Friday of the month for a visual arts collage workshop hosted by Charlotte McGraw and AJ Vanderelli. Participants will make their own Creature Collages and connect with neighbors in a casual, drop-in space.

Join Community CREATurEs, a FREE workshop series led by artists Charlotte McGraw and AJ Vanderelli, and embark on a creative journey! In this hands-on workshop, you'll design your own unique collage creature while fostering connection and community through art.
September's theme is "Welcome to Charlottesville!" — This special Community CREATurEs workshop celebrates Charlotte McGraw's recently published children's book, Welcome to Charlottesville. Inspired by the book's spirit of imagination, resilience, belonging, and community, you'll create a collage creature inspired by the world you want to live in—a place where everyone and every creature can feel welcome.
New to Community CREATurEs? This is the perfect time to join us, since Charlottesville is where the idea for Community CREATurEs first began! And if you know Charlotte, come create alongside her and celebrate this huge milestone in her creative journey—the publication of a children’s book inspired by her life experiences and love for her community.
